Anyone Try Over the Counter Progesterone Cream?

Progesterone can help greatly when a woman is trying to become pregnant. It can help to develop embryos and will encourage embryo survival after the egg has been fertilized. This will mean that there is a greater chance that implantation will happen and a woman will become pregnant.

Another benefit with progesterone cream is that it can improve the cervical mucus that is present in the woman’s body as well. However, many women who are struggling to become pregnant may be hesitant to use a progesterone cream that has prescribed by a doctor because of the chemicals that may be present.

There are many natural options that can be beneficial as well. But, there are currently no creams that have been approved by the FDA. While it has been suggested that women use 2 ounces of topical progesterone every month, there isn’t any official information to prove this.

If you are struggling with your progesterone levels, it is best to discuss your options with your doctor so that you will know the best course of action to take. There are also other natural methods that can be beneficial, such as certain types of foods that help improve progesterone levels.
